About 5280 Fellowship and Denver Institute for Faith & Work God cares about saving souls, as well as companies, cities, and cultures (Col. 1). But many Christians struggle to know how they can be a part of God’s redemption of all things. Denver Institute for Faith & Work helps to form men and women to serve God, neighbor, and society through their work. We are an educational nonprofit serving our community through: Public Events: Gatherings with speakers, panelists, and group discussion on themes of calling, business, women & vocation, pastoral ministry, as well as industry-specific forums on science & tech, the social sector, art & culture, law, media, and government. Scatter.org: An online learning platform with classes and group discussions. The Faith & Work Podcast: A bi-monthly discussion on how we participate in God’s world through our work. Vocational Communities: Small group gatherings around targeted topics such as entrepreneurship, women & vocation, and pastoral leadership. 5280 Fellowship: The most in-depth and formative offering at Denver Institute. The 5280 Fellowship is a nine-month spiritual formation and professional development program for early- to mid-career professionals, exploring the intersection of faith, calling, and career. The curriculum is a mix of theology, community, cultural analysis, leadership development, and Christian spiritual formation. Fellows will create and execute a personalized formation plan and a professional project aimed at addressing a need in their company or industry. Fellows also develop a broader network of like-minded friendship from diverse industries and churches.
